These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the official mobile application operated by HIMSR & HAHC Hospital (Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary Hospital) (“Hospital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile Application”).

All services provided through the Mobile Application are in accordance with the applicable laws of India and aligned with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) and NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) standards, wherever applicable.

By downloading, accessing, registering on, or using the Mobile Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Mobile Application.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

8. RESTRICTION OR TERMINATION OF MOBILE APPLICATION ACCESS

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, HIMSR & HAHC Hospital and its employees, consultants, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Mobile Application.

Any liability, where legally established, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific digital service accessed through the Mobile Application.

This limitation does not exclude liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law or accreditation standards.

All personal, medical, and diagnostic information accessed, stored, or transmitted through the Mobile Application is handled in accordance with:

B. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Patients and authorised users must:

  • Provide accurate information while using the Mobile Application
  • Safeguard login credentials and access codes
  • Respect Hospital digital systems and data security
  • Use grievance features responsibly

C. GENERAL

These Rights and Responsibilities apply to use of the HIMSR & HAHC Hospital Mobile Application and are displayed within the Application and official Hospital digital platforms.
